घटना सोमवार रात की है, जब गालवन वैली में दोनों देशों की सेनाएं तनाव कम करने की कोशिशें में लगी थीं
भारत के जवानों की शहादत के बाद चीन की धमकी, कहा- अब भारत एकतरफा कार्रवाई न करे, नहीं तो मुश्किलें बढ़ेंगी
. भारत-चीन सीमा विवाद अब बड़े तनाव में तब्दील होता जा रहा है। सोमवार रात लद्दाख की गालवन वैली में दोनों देशों के सैनिकों के बीच हिंसक झड़प हो गई। इसमें भारत के एक कर्नल और दो जवान शहीद हो गए। जो कर्नल शहीद हुए, वे इन्फैंट्री बटालियन के कमांडिंग ऑफिसर थे। भारत-चीन सीमा पर 45 साल यानी 1975 के बाद ऐसे हालात बने हैं, जब भारत के जवानों कीशहादत हुई है।
चीन ने उल्टा भारत पर बॉर्डर क्रॉस करने का आरोप लगाया
न्यूज एजेंसी रॉयटर्स के मुताबिक चीन के विदेश मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि भारत एकतरफा कार्रवाई न करे, नहीं तो मुश्किलें बढ़ेंगी। चीन ने भारत पर बॉर्डर क्रॉस करने का आरोप लगाया है।
मई से तनाव, जून में चार बार बातचीत हुई, फिर भी हिंसा भड़की
दोनों देशों के बीच 41 दिन से सीमा पर तनाव है। इसकी शुरुआत 5 मई से हुई थी। इसके बाद दोनों देशों की सेनाओं के बीच जून में ही चार बार बातचीत हो चुकी है। बातचीत में दोनों देशों की सेनाओं के बीच रजामंदी बनी थी कि बॉर्डर पर तनाव कम किया जाए या डी-एक्सकेलेशन किया जाए। डी-एक्सकेलेशन के तहत दोनों देशों की सेनाएं विवाद वाले इलाकों से पीछे हट रही थीं।
आर्मीने कहा- हालात काबू में करने के लिए मीटिंग जारी
आर्मी की तरफ से जारी बयान में कहा गया कि कल यानी सोमवार रात को गालवन वैली में डी-एक्सकेलेशन प्रोसेस चल रही थी, लेकिन तभी हिंसा हो गई। हमारे एक अफसर और दो जवान शहीद हो गए। अभी दोनों देशों की सेनाओं के सीनियर ऑफिसर तनाव कम करने के लिए मौके पर ही मीटिंग कर रहे हैं।
45 साल पहले चीन बॉर्डर पर भारत के जवान शहीद हुए थे
20 अक्टूबर 1975 को अरुणाचल प्रदेश के तुलुंग ला में असम राइफल की पैट्रोलिंग पार्टी पर एम्बुश लगाकर हमला किया था। इसमें भारत के 4 जवान शहीद हुए थे।
पूर्व डीजीएमओ ने कहा- इस झड़प को हल्के में न लें
पूर्व डायरेक्टर जनरल ऑफ मिलिट्री ऑपरेशंस लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल (रिटायर्ड) विनोद भाटिया बताते हैं कि दोनों ओर के सैनिकों के बीच ये हिंसक झड़प और उसमें एक कर्नल और दो जवानों की शहाद बेहद चिंता की बात है। दोनों ही पक्षों को आपस में मिल-बैठकर हालात को तुरंत काबू में लाना होगा। यह हिंसक झड़प बताती है कि हालात बेहद तनावपूर्ण हैं। इसे हल्के में न लिया जाए।
1967 में भी हिंसक टकराव हुआ था
1962 की जंग के बाद 11 सितंबर 1967 को सिक्किम के नाथू-ला में भारत और चीन के बीच हिंसक झड़प हुई थी। इसके बाद 15 सितंबर 1967 को भी झड़प हुई। विवाद अक्टूबर 1967 में जाकर थमा था।चीन ने तब दावा किया था कि भारत के 65 सैनिक शहीद हुए थे। वहीं, चो ला झड़प में भारत के 36 जवान शहीद हुए थे।अनुमान है कि पूरे टकराव के दौराान 400 चीनी सैनिक की भी मौत हुई थी।
फोटो पूर्वी लद्दाख की पैंगोंग झील की है। यहां पर 5 मई को फिंगर-5 इलाके में भारत-चीन के करीब 200 सैनिक आमने-सामने हो गए थे। दोनों तरफ के अफसरों के बीच बातचीत के बाद मामला शांत हुआ था।
पिछले महीने झड़प कहां, कब और कैसे हुई?
- तारीख- 5 मई, जगह- पूर्वी लद्दाख की पैंगोंग झील
उस दिन शाम के वक्त इस झील के उत्तरी किनारे पर फिंगर-5 इलाके में भारत-चीन के करीब 200 सैनिक आमने-सामने हो गए। भारत ने चीन के सैनिकों की मौजूदगी पर ऐतराज जताया। पूरी रात टकराव के हालात बने रहे। अगले दिन तड़के दोनों तरफ के सैनिकों के बीच झड़प हो गई। बाद में दोनों तरफ के आला अफसरों के बीच बातचीत के बाद मामला शांत हुआ। - तारीख- संभवत: 9 मई, जगह- उत्तरी सिक्किम में 16 हजार फीट की ऊंचाई पर मौजूद नाकू ला सेक्टर
यहां भारत-चीन के 150 सैनिक आमने-सामने हो गए थे। आधिकारिक तौर पर इसकी तारीख सामने नहीं आई। हालांकि, द हिंदू की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, यहां झड़प 9 मई को ही हुई। गश्त के दौरान आमने-सामने हुए सैनिकों ने एक-दूसरे पर मुक्कों से वार किए। इस झड़प में 10 सैनिक घायल हुए। यहां भी बाद में अफसरों ने दखल दिया। फिर झड़प रुकी। - तारीख- संभवत: 9 मई, जगह- लद्दाख
जिस दिन उत्तरी सिक्किम में भारत-चीन के सैनिकों में झड़प हो रही थी, उसी दिन चीन ने लद्दाख में लाइन ऑफ एक्चुअल कंट्रोल पर अपने हेलिकॉप्टर भेजे थे। चीन के हेलिकॉप्टरों ने सीमा तो पार नहीं की, लेकिन जवाब में भारत ने लेह एयरबेस से अपने सुखोई 30 एमकेआई फाइटर प्लेन का बेड़ा और बाकी लड़ाकू विमान रवाना कर दिए। मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स की मानें तो हाल के बरसों में ऐसा पहली बार हुआ जब चीन की ऐसी हरकत के जवाब में भारत ने अपने लड़ाकू विमान सीमा के पास भेजे।
