रायपुर-15 नवबंर को नगर घड़ी चौक के करीब गुरु तेग बहादुर उद्यान के सामने एक्टीवा सवार दंपति को ठोकर मार कर दोनों को रौंदने वाली कार के मालिक का पता चल गया है। दंपति को रौंदने वाली कार का नंबर CG04HJ0324 है। नीले रंग की फोर्ड इको स्पोर्ट एसयूवी का मालिक आनंद मोहन अग्रवाल है। अग्रवाल फाफाडीह टिंबर मार्केट निवासी है। आनंद मोहन अग्रवाल की कार अभी तक उसके यार्ड में खड़ी है। वहीं अब तक इस मामले में किसी की गिरफ्तारी नहीं हुई है। पुलिस के मुताबिक आनंद मोहन अग्रवाल दुर्धटना में ड्राइवर का हाथ होने की बात कह रहा है ।
जबकि पड़ित परिवार का आरोप है की आनंद मोहन अपने परिवार के सदस्य को बचाने झूठ
बोल रहे हैं । अब जब इस बात का खुलासा हो गया है की युवती की मौत का जिम्मेदार अग्रवाल परिवार का ही कोई व्यक्ति है, तो पुलिस और पीड़ित परिवार को धोखा देने कारोबारी आनंद मोहन और उसका परिवार दुर्धटना में अपने ड्राइवर का हाथ होने की बात कह रहा है। थाना पुलिस भी मामले की जांच करने की बजाए कारोबारी की बात पर भरोस कर बैठ गई है, जिससे कई सवाल खड़े हो रहे हैं।

रविवार को शाम लगभग साढ़े सात बजे राज भवन के ठीक पास गुरु तेग बहादुर उद्यान के सामने आनंद मोहन अग्रवाल की एसयुवी क्रमांक CG04HJ0324 के चालक ने एक्टीव सवार दंपति को जबरदस्त ठोकर मारी। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है की कार की रफ्तार इतनी तेज थी की एक्टीव लगभग 10 मीटर दूर गिरी। जबकि गाड़ी में सवार युवक सुनील खटवानी दूर जा गिरा, पीछे बैठी रेणु खटवानी हवा में कई मीटर उछल कर गिरी और कार के सामने आ गई,
लेकिन कार चालक ने गाड़ी नहीं रोकी। डाक्टरी जांच में रेणु के शरीर के जख्म और टूटी हुई पसलियों से आशंका जताई जा रही है की उसे ठोकर लगने के बाद कार से रौंदा गया जिसके बाद कार चालक भाग निकला।
रेणु के सिर में गंभीर चोट आई और मौके पर ही अत्याधिक खून बह गया। कंट्रोल रूम, राज भवन, मुख्यमंत्री निवास करीब होने के बाद भी 15 मिनट तक पीसीआर नहीं पहुंची, स्थानीय लोगों ने दंपति को दूसरी कार से मेकाहारा भेजा। जहां से पति-पत्नी को निजी अस्पताल रिफर कर दिया। गंभीर चोट,मल्टीपल फैक्च्रर और अत्याधिक खून बहने के कारण दो बच्चों की मां रेणु की अगले दिन ही अस्पताल में मौत हो गई। जबकि पति सुनील खटवानी अस्पताल में मौत से लड़ रहा है। इधर दोनों बच्चों को मां की मौत की बात झूठ ही लग रही है, दोनों मां-बाप के वापसी आस लगाए घर की चौखट पर बैठे रहते हैं….परिवार वालों का भी रो-रो कर बुरा हाल है
अस्पताल नहीं पहुंचाया, भाग निकला। क्या नशे में धुत्त था कार चलाने वाला ?
परिजनों का कहना है की दंपति की गाड़ी को ठोकर मारने के बाद कार चलाने वाला अगर खुद उन्हे समय पर अस्पताल ले जाता तो युवती की जान भी बच सकती थी लेकिन वह खुद को बचाने भाग निकला। इससे आशंका है की वाहन चालक नशे में थे। कानूनी कार्रवाई से बचने वाल भाग निकला। पुलिस को इस पहलु पर जांच करना चाहिए।सूत्रों के अनुसार कार के अंदर दो लोग मौजूद थे। यह भी आंशका जताई जा रही है की कार चलाने वाला किसी दूसरी कार से रेस कर रहा था।

पीड़ित परिवार का आरोप है की इस मामले में अग्रवाल परिवार ने अपराधी का साथ देकर अपराध को छिपाया है।दुर्घघटना के बाद कार चलाने वाले ने कार घर के परिसर में बने यार्ड में खड़ी कर दी तो जाहिर है पूरे परिवार को इस बात की जानकारी होगी। परिवार के लोग चाहते पुलिस को दुर्धटना की जानकारी दे सकता थे लेकिन 5 दिनों तक आनंद मोहन अग्रवाल और उसके परिवार ने जानकारी छिपा कर रखी जो की अपने आप में भी अपराध है।गाड़ी नंबर का खुलासा तब हुआ जब पीड़ित परिवार खुद गुहार लगाने पहुंचा आला अधिकारियों के पास पहुंचा, जिसके बाद गंभीरता से मामले की जांच हुई, संबंधित कार का पता चला और सिविल लाइन थाना पुलिस को
