Ranchi/Raipur: छत्तीसगढ़ में कथित तौर पर हुए 2050 करोड़ शराब घोटाले के मामले में रायपुर के आर्थिक अपराध शाखा ने मामला दर्ज किया है. वहीं एक झारखंड में शराब घोटाला कर वहां भी अरबों रुपए कमाने का अनवर ढेबर का प्लान का भंडाफोड़ हुआ है। जिसका खुलासा शुक्रवार को होगा।
शराब घोटाला
मामले छत्तीसगढ़ के अधिकारियों के अलावा झारखंड के आइएएस और तत्कालीन उत्पाद सचिव विनय चौबे को भी आरोपी बनाया गया है. ईओडब्लू रायपुर के इंस्पेक्टर ने रांची के अरगोड़ा थाना क्षेत्र का रहने वाला विकास सिंह के बयान पर पहले मामले की जांच की और फिर मामला दर्ज किया है. विकास सिंह ने छत्तीसगढ़ के अधिकारी अनिल टुटेजा, अनवर ढेबर, अरुणपति त्रिपाठी और उनके सिंडिकेट पर आरोप लगाया है कि शराब घोटाला करके छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार को अरबों रुपये के राजस्व का नुकसान पहुंचाया है. आरोपों में यह भी कहा गया है कि इसी सिंडिकेट ने झारखंड के अधिकारियों के साथ मिलकर झारखंड की आबकारी नीति को बदलवाया और सरकार के राजस्व को छति पहुंचायी है. आरोपों में यह भी कहा गया है कि दोनों राज्यों के अधिकारियों ने मिल कर मैन पावर सप्लाई में भी घोटाला गया है.
आरोपों के मुताबिक, दोनों राज्यों के अधिकारियों के बीच वर्ष 2021 के दिसंबर से लेकर जनवरी 2022 कई बैठकें हुई हैं. उल्लेखनीय है कि इससे पहले अप्रैल 2023 में शराब घोटाले को लेकर आईएएस विनय चौबे और कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने ईडी के रायपुर कार्यालय में अपना बयान दर्ज कराया था.
छत्तीसगढ़ शराब घोटाले मामले में ईडी भी जांच कर रही है. ED ने एसीबी में एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है. जांच एजेंसी ने अपनी जांच में पाया कि तत्कालीन भूपेश सरकार के कार्यकाल में आईएएस अफसर अनिल टुटेजा, आबकारी विभाग के एमडी अरुणपति त्रिपाठी और कारोबारी अनवर ढेबर के अवैध सिंडिकेट के जरिए घोटाले को अंजाम दिया गया था. साल 2019 से 2022 तक सरकारी शराब दुकानों से अवैध शराब डुप्लीकेट होलोग्राम लगाकर बेची गई थी, जिससे सरकार को करोड़ों के राजस्व का नुकसान हुआ है.
