Cgpsc में स्टाफ कमी और कार्यप्रणाली के चलते भर्ती परीक्षाएं हो रही प्रभावित

Cgpsc के द्वारा अपने ही विभाग के लिए जनवरी 2018 में सहायक ग्रेड 3, स्टेनो टाइपिस्ट, शीघ्र लेखक,स्टोर कीपर, ग्रंथपाल जैसे विभिन्न पदों का भर्ती विज्ञापन जारी किया गया था। भर्ती परीक्षा 2 चरणों ऑनलाइन परीक्षा व कौशल परीक्षा के द्वारा होनी थी।


जिसके तहत ऑनलाइन परीक्षा मई 2018 में ली गई

जिसका रिजल्ट सितंबर 2018 में जारी किया गया। 1 साल से अधिक समय बीत जाने के बाद फरवरी 2020 में कौशल परीक्षा ली गई।
जिसे बाद में cgpsc के द्वारा त्रुटिपूर्ण तरीके से एग्जाम लेने पर परीक्षार्थियों द्वारा शिकायत किए जाने पर रद्द कर दिया गया।


इसके 1 साल बाद जनवरी 2021 में इसका कौशल परीक्षण परीक्षा cgpsc द्वारा सम्पन्न करवाई गई। लेकिन अभी तक रिजल्ट जारी नहीं गया है।


लगभग 3 वर्ष से अधिक समय होने के बाद भी cgpsc अपना स्टाफ भर्ती परीक्षा पूर्ण नहीं कर पाया है। जिसके चलते cgpsc की कार्य प्रणाली प्रभावित हो रहे, साथ ही स्टाफ की कमी के चलते आए दिन cgpsc की होनी वाली परीक्षाओं में बड़ी अनिमियत्तता देखने को मिल रही है।


इसके बाद भी 3 वर्ष से अधिक समय होने के बावजूद cgpsc अभी तक भर्ती पूर्ण नहीं कर पाया है। Cgpsc के लेट लतीफी कार्यप्रणाली के चलते युवा परीक्षार्थी भी मानसिक रूप से प्रताड़ित हो रहे।
