इससे पहले मुकेश गुप्ता और डीएम अवस्थी रायपुर आईजी के साथ-साथ खुफिया चीफ की जिम्मेदारी संभाल चुके हैं। छाबड़ा तीसरे आईपीएस होंगे, जिन्हें रेंज आईजी के साथ खुफिया चीफ संभालेंगे।
