रायपुर। नवरात्र में रास गरबा करने वालों के लिए अच्छी खबर है…रायपुर कलेक्टर ने नवरात्री में रास गरबा के आयोजन के लिए अनुमित दे दी है लेकिन गरबा का आयोजन गाइड लाइन के अनुसार करना होगा। रास गरबा का आयोजन रात 10 तक ही किया जा सकेगा। आयोजन के लिए मैदान की क्षमता से आधे लोगों को ही बुलाया जा सकेगा। बड़े मैदानों में भी लोगों की संख्या अधिकतम 200 से अधिक नहीं होगी।
आयोजन स्थल में कोविड वैक्सीन की दो डोज लगवा चुके व्यक्ति को ही प्रवेश की अनुमति होगी… गरबा में आने वाले तथा वहां मौजूद सभी लोगों को मास्क अनिवार्य रूप से लगाना होगा..आयोजनकर्ता को गरबा में आने वाली हर व्यक्ति की जानकारी रजिस्टर में दर्ज कर थर्मल स्कैनिंग करनी होगी और सैनैटाइजर रखना होगा।
गरबे के दौरान दो लोगों के बीच 2 मीटर की दूरी रखने के नियम का अनिवार्य रूप से पालन करना होगा… आयोजन स्थल में प्रवेश और निकासी का रास्ता अलग-अलग होगा जिससे टच फ्री मोड का पालन किया जा सके…।
पार्किंग की उचित व्यवस्था करनी होगी सड़क जाम होने पर आयोजनकर्ता के खिलाफ की जाएगी कार्रवाई…रास गरबा में किसी फूहड़ता या अस्त्र, शस्त्र दिखाने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी… संबंधित थाने में सूचना देकर ही आयोजन करवाया जा सकेगा…।
आयोजन स्थल पर किसी प्रकार की भी शर्त का उल्लंघन होने या गैर कानूनी गतिविधि की जिम्मेदारी पूर्ण रूप से आयोजनकर्ता की होगी।
