COVID-19 संकट के बीच सोमवार रात भारत सरकार ने ‘Unlock 2’ की गाइडलाइंस जारी कर दीं। केंद्र के दिशा-निर्देशों के मुताबिक, अनलॉक होते देश में फिलहाल मेट्रो रेल सेवा, जिम और सिनेमा हॉल नहीं खुलेंगे, जबकि नाइट कर्फ्यू भी रहेगा।MHA के मुताबिक, 31 जुलाई तक कंटेनमेंट जोन्स में लॉकडाउन प्रभाव में रहेगा। ऐसे क्षेत्रों में सिर्फ बेहद जरूरी सेवाएं और सुविधाएं ही उपलब्ध ही रहेंगी। बयान के अनुसार, “स्कूल, कॉलेज, शैक्षणिक और कोचिंग संस्थान, अंतर्राष्ट्रीय उड़ानें, मेट्रो रेल, सिनेमा हॉल, जिम, पूल, धार्मिक सभाओं पर भी देश में 31 जुलाई तक प्रतिबंध रहेगा।”अनलॉक 2 के तहत नाइट कर्फ्यू भी प्रभाव में जारी रहेगा। यह रात 10 बजे से सुबह पांच बजे तक जारी रहेगा। हालांकि, इस दौरान जरूरी चीजें और अन्य राहतों के लिए छूट रहेगी।अनलॉक 2 के तहत सामाजिक, राजनीतिक, खेल, मनोरंजन, अकादमिक, सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक कार्यक्रमों और अन्य भीड़भाड़ वाले कार्यक्रमों पर रोके रहेगी। घरेलू विमान और पैसेंजर ट्रेनें चलेंगी, पर सीमित तरीके से। इनका संचालन आगे चरणबद्ध और व्यवस्थित तरीके से बढ़ाया जाएगा।

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय उड़ानों पर पहले की तरह प्रतिबंध जारी रहेगा और केवल वंदे भारत मिशन के तहत आने-जाने वाली उड़ानों को ही अनुमति होगी. घरेलू उड़ानों और पैसेंजर ट्रेनों के लिए पहले से जारी नियमों के मुताबिक यातायात जारी रहेगा.
