न्यू ईयर पार्टी के गाइडलाइन जारी… सार्वजनिक कार्यक्रमों पर रोक, डीजे भी बैन, शराब पिलाने और बिक्री को लेकर नया निर्देश
रायपुर। क्रिसमस और नया साल को लेकर जिला प्रशासन ने की तरफ से कोरोना को लेकर गाईडलाइन जारी किया गया है। रायपुर कलेक्टर की तरफ से जारी गाईडलाइन के मुताबिक 25 दिसंबर को क्रिसमस और 31 जनवरी को नया साल का जश्न कोरोना के इसी गाइडलाइन के तहत माना जायेगा।
जिला प्रशासन के निर्देश के मुताबिक ना तो क्रिसमस और ना ही नया साल का जश्न सार्वजनिक जगहों पर मनाया जायेगा। कार्यक्रम के दौरान जुलूस, सभा और सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम का भी आयोजन नहीं किया जायेगा।
कार्यक्रम में स्थल की क्षमता के 50 प्रतिशत या ज्यादा से ज्यादा 200 लोग ही मौजूद रह सकेंगे। कार्यक्रम में मौजूद लोगों को कोरोना के गाइडलाइन और प्रोटोकॉल का पालन करना होगा। कार्यक्रम स्थल में सीसीटीवी और वीडियो ग्राफी करानी भी जरूरी होगी। हर हाल में जश्न को 12.30 बजे खत्म करना ही होगा।
रात के 11.55. से 12.30 बजे के बीच में ही पटाखे जलाये जा सकेंगे। कार्यक्रम के लिए पंडाल या मंच नहीं लगाया जायेगा। जश्न के दौरान डीजे और बड़े साउंड बाक्स का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया जायेगा। कार्यक्रम स्थल में सैनेटाइजर, थर्मल स्क्रिनिंग करन होगा और लक्षण वाले लोगों को अंदर प्रवे की अनुमति नहीं होगी।कार्यक्रम में पान गुटखा खाना बैन होगा।
वहीं शराब को लेकर भी गाइडलाइन जिला प्रशासन ने दी है। इसके मुताबिक विदेशी शराब होटल और बार में दोपहर 12 बजे से रात के 11 बजे तक और शापिंग माल और रेस्टोरेंट बार में दोपहर 12 बजे से रात 11 बजे तक और बड़े होटलों में दोपहर के 12 बजे से रात के 12 बजे त इजाजत होगी।
