रायपुर। काले धन को सफेद करने वालों के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करने वाले केंद्र के प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने छत्तीसगढ़ के वाटर रिसोर्स डिपार्टमेंट के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्यवाही की है।

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने छतीसगढ़ वाटर रिसोर्स डिपार्टमेंट के पूर्व चीफ इंजीनियर रामानंद दिव्या,उनकी पत्नी और परिजनों के नाम की 5 करोड़ 45 लाख रुपए की चल-अचल संपत्ति को अटैच कर लिया है।

Ed जारी ट्वीट और विज्ञप्ति में बताया गया है कि ed ने रामानंद दिव्या ने रायपुर, बिलासपुर,जांजगीर-चाम्पा और कोरबा में करोड़ों की संपत्ति अटैच कर ली है,साथ ही रामानंद दिव्या के बैंक खातों में 55 लाख 95 हजार रुपए मिले हैं जिसे ed ने सीज कर दिया है..जिसके बाद रामानंद दिव्या के खिलाफ मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग एक्ट के तहत अपराध दर्ज कर लिया गया है।

Ed द्वारा जारी सूचना में बताया गया है कि Acb द्वारा रामानंद दिव्या के खिलाफ Fir दर्ज करने पर मामले में मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग की जांच की गई…जांच में पाया गया कि रामानंद दिव्या ने भष्टाचार कर अपनी पत्नी प्रियदर्शनी दिव्या,रिश्तेदारों और परिचितों के नाम से करोड़ो की संपाति खरीदी।

काले धन को खपाने के किए सौदे नगद में या बैंक में जमा पैसों का इस्तेमाल किया गया…इसके अलावा काफी बड़ी रकम उपहार या इंसेक्युरड लोन में लेना बताया गया…संपत्ति खरीदने पैसों को कम आय वाले लोगों के कई खातों में घुमाया गया और फर्जी सेल डीड और अग्रीमेंट बनाए गए।

पूर्व चीफ इंजीनियर रामानंद के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत अपराध दर्ज कर लगभग 5 करोड़ 45 लाख रुपए कीमत की संपत्ति अटैच की गई है.…और आगे भी जांच जारी है

मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग से तात्पर्य अवैध तरीके से कमाए गए काले धन को वैध तरीके से कमाए गए धन के रूप में दिखाने से होता है. मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग अवैध रूप से प्राप्त धनराशि को छुपाने का एक तरीका है। … मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग में अवैध माध्यम से कमाया गया काला धन सफ़ेद होकर अपने असली मालिक के पास वैध मुद्रा के रूप में लौट आता है।

ED attaches Agriculture Land and Plots in Raipur, Bilaspur, Korba and Janjgir-Champa and Balances in Bank accounts totaling to ₹ 5.45 Crores belonging to R. N. Divya former chief engineer, WRD, Chhattisgarh and his family members under PMLA in a corruption and forgery case.
