रायपुर। शासन द्वारा कोरोना की डेथ ऑडिट रिपोर्ट जारी की गई है। रिपोर्ट में साफ पता चल रहा है कि संक्रमित होने के बाद भी लोग इलाज शुरू करने में देरी कर रहे है। लोग स्थिति बिगड़ने पर देर से अस्पताल पहुंच रहे है जिसके कारण मामला बिगड़ रहा है कोरोना से होने वाली मृत्यु की दर तेजी से बढ़ते जा रही है। यह जानकारी खुद प्रदेश के जनसंपर्क विभाग ने जारी की है।

सप्ताह 11 दिसंबर से 17 दिसंबर की तुलना में 18 दिसंबर से 24 दिसंबर के  सप्ताह में मृत्यु दर केस फेटलिटी  रेट बढ़ रहा है। पूर्व में 0.82 था जो बढ कर 0.92 हो गया

राज्य स्तरीय डेथ आडिट में यह जानकारी सामने आई कि 18 से 24 दिसंबर के मध्य अस्पताल में भर्ती होने के 24 घंटे के अंदर ही उस सप्ताह हुई कुल मृत्यु की 21 प्रतिशत मृत्यु हुईं क्योंकि लक्षण नजर आने के बाद भी लोग कोरोना की जांच नही करवा रहें और स्थिति बिगड़ने पर ही अस्पताल पहुंचते हैं। इस दौरान 9 प्रतिशत मृत्यु 48 घंटों के अंदर एवं 6 प्रतिशत 2-3 दिनों के अंदर हुई।

    उम्र वार आंकडों के अनुसार 60 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के  मरीजों में केस फेटलिटी  रेट 3.89 था जबकि 45-59 उम्र मे यह 1.35 था।

प्राप्त आंकड़ों के अनुसार 18 दिसंबर से 24दिसंबर के सप्ताह में  कुल मृत्यु का 61 प्रतिशत पुरूष  और 39 प्रतिशत महिलाओं का है।

इस सप्ताह हुई 82 मृत्यु में 56 लोग कोमार्बिेडिटी मतलब दूसरी गंभीर बीमारियों से ग्रस्त थे जबकि कोविड से 26 लोगों की मृत्यु हुई।

विशेषज्ञ बार-बार चेतावनी जारी कर रहे हैं कि लक्षण दिखने के बाद तुरंत ही कोरोना जांच कराना चाहिए ताकि इलाज जल्दी शुरू हो और दूसरों को भी संक्रमण न फैल सके।
