हेलीकॉप्टर हादसे में सीडीएस जनरल बिपिन रावत समेत 13 लोगों की जान जाने की पुष्टि होने के बाद ABP NEWS एक सर्वे करवा रहा है।

सर्वे में पूछा जा रहा है किचीफ ऑफ डिफेंस स्टाफ जनरल रावत का जाना सुरक्षा के लिए धक्का है या नहीं ? इसके लिए ABP NEWS

बता दें कि सीडीएस जनरल बिपिन रावत उनकी पत्नी समेत 13 लोगों की मौत की पुष्टि हो गई है। भारतीय वायुसेना की ओर से यह जानकारी दी गई है। तमिलनाडु के कुन्नूर के पास भारतीय वायु सेना का एक हेलिकॉप्टर बुधवार क्रैश हो गया।

इस हेलिकॉप्टर में सीडीएस जनरल बिपिन रावत समेत 14 लोग सवार थे। दोपहर 12 बजे के बाद इस हेलिकॉप्टर के क्रैश होने की खबर आती है और शाम तकरीबन 6 बजकर 10 मिनट पर यह दुखद खबर आती है कि बिपिन रावत समेत हेलिकॉप्टर में सवार 13 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है।

सीडीएस जनरल बिपिन रावत आज यानी बुधवार सुबह दिल्ली से एयरफोर्स के स्पेशल एयरक्राफ्ट से 8 बजकर 47 मिनट पर निकले और सुलूर 11 बजकर 34 बजे पहुंचे। सुलूर से वह 11 बजकर 48 मिनट पर Mi-17 में वेलिंगटन के लिए रवाना हुए। वहां उन्हें स्टाफ कॉलेज में लेक्चर देना था। दोपहर 12 बजकर 22 मिनट पर क्रैश होने के बाद मिसिंग रिपोर्ट आई और शाम को यह दुखद खबर आती है हेलिकॉप्टर क्रैश में उनकी भी मौत हो चुकी है।

डायनामिक अफसर थे रावत…

सीडीएस बिपिन रावत के जूनियर और करीबी दोस्त रहे रिटायर्ड आर्मी जनरल सतीश दुआ ने दैनिक भास्कर से खास बातचीत में बताया कि वो बहुत ही डायनामिक मिलिट्री अफसर थे। देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में काम कर चुके थे। खतरों वाले एरिया में उन्होंने बहुत काम किया।

जम्मू-कश्मीर से लेकर नॉर्थ ईस्ट के राज्यों तक में वे रहे। एलएसी, एलओसी पर रहे। इसी कारण उन्हें बहुत लंबा ऑपरेशनल एक्सपीरियंस था। इन्हीं खूबियों के चलते पहले उन्हें पहले आर्मी चीफ बनाया गया और फिर देश का पहला चीफ ऑफ डिफेंस (CDS) नियुक्त किया गया।

सरकार जानती थी कि मुश्किल हालात और इनसर्जेंसी वाले क्षेत्रों में काम करने के मामले में जनरल रावत बेहद काबिल अफसर हैं। यही वजह थी कि 2016 में दो सीनियर अफसरों पर उन्हें तरजीह दी गई और आर्मी चीफ बनाया गया।
बात जून 2015 की है।

मणिपुर में हमारी सेना पर आतंकी हमला हुआ। 18 सैनिकों की शहादत से देश में उबाल था। उस दौर में संयोग से 21 पैरा थर्ड कॉर्प्स के कमांडर बिपिन रावत ही थे। उन्होंने दुनिया को दिखाया कि भारत पर आंच आती है तो क्या होता है। इस यूनिट के पैरा कमांडो ने सरहद पार करके म्यांमार में ऑपरेशन किया और NSCN आतंकी ग्रुप के 60 से ज्यादा आतंकियों को उनकी मांद में ही घुसकर ढेर कर दिया।


पाकिस्तान की हरकतों का जवाब उन्होंने अपने अंदाज में दिया। 29 सितंबर 2016 को पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर में भारतीय सेना की स्पेशल कमांडो यूनिट ने रातों-रात ऑपरेशन किया। कई आतंकियों के साथ पाकिस्तान के सैनिक भी ढेर कर दिए। यह हमारे उरी और CRPF कैम्प पर हुए हमला का जवाब था।
